Weekly Fitness Entries

Date: 30/7/19

Time: 10:00am-11:40am

Location: PAC (Performing Arts Center)

We participated in a 10 track fitness workout. Each track concentrated on improving a component of fitness. They were:

Track 1 focused on Warm Up

Track 2 focused on Increasing heart rate

Track 3 focused on Cardio vascular endurance

Track 4 focused on Power

Track 5 focused on Muscular strength

Track 6 focused on Running

Track 7 focused on Agility

Track 8 focused on Interval training

Track 9 focused on Power

Track 10 focused on Abs

Some of the moves or exercises i completed included:

• Running

• Jumping jacks

• Ab curls

• Squats

• Push ups

I felt pumped before the fitness class because I hadn’t done much fitness before, but was keen to try.

I felt involved during the fitness class because everyone had to play their part, or otherwise the whole track wouldn’t be cooperative.

I felt exhausted after the fitness class because I hadn’t done much sport or got involved in prior weeks.

I liked the class because it felt good on my body when I worked all my muscles.

My favourite tracks were Running and Agility.

I did not like the class because I felt sick after awhile since I tried too hard.

My least favourite tracks were Interval training and Power.

I am hoping to achieve overall better fitness during next weeks session and do more of the lower tier exercises instead of getting puffed out at the start.
